Zoom Meeting Processes

This information is to clarity CCWF member Zoom meeting registration.

  • Begin the process by clicking on the registration button (click here…) found in your CCWF newsletter/member reminder email.
  • The button takes you to the Meeting Registration page
    Meeting Registration
    Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Microsoft (Outlook) – Icons below the title
    Topic – Title of the event you are registering for
    Time – Date and time of event
  • Fill in the required information
  • Click the Register button at the bottom of the page
  • A confirmation from zoom will appear
  • A confirmation email will be sent to your email from CCWF, (Event Name + “Confirmation” in the subject line)
  • Content of confirmation email:
    Hi (your name),
    Thank you for registering for (Title of the event you registered for.)
    Please submit any questions to: CCWF@ccwritersfellowship.org (In your email this will be a live link.)
    Date Time: Date and time of event
    Join from PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android: Click Here to Join (“Click Here to Join” will be a live link to take you to the zoom meeting.) *
    Passcode: Number for this event
    Note: This link should not be shared with others; it is unique to you.
    Add to Calendar Add to Google Calendar   Add to Yahoo Calendar (These links will be live in your email)

    * SAVE THIS EMAIL. “Click Here to Join” is your link to enter the zoom meeting at the time of the meeting.
